TSQ is an advanced method of speaker temperature control that uses 3 methods of heat venting,

The 4.5" voice coil typically works at 30C lower than a B&C 18DS115 or similar 18" speaker

The Suspension (spider) is Polysiloxane triple laminated offering higher linearity and cone control

Celestion have meshed the lead out wires into the suspension to minimise excessive movement resulting in less fatigue.

A demodulation ring has be incorporated into the magnet motor concentrating the magnetic flux into the gap reducing harmonic and intermodulation caused by the voice coil displacement resulting in very large Xmech and Xprotection and maximising low frequency excursion.

The TSQ cone has waterproof coating that is applied TWICE to both sides to increase durability in the harshest of climates.
